Affiliate Quality Tiers reads your affiliate program weekly, sorts every affiliate by how well the members they referred retain, and proposes a commission rate for each one. You approve each change before it is written.
For Whop creators running an affiliate program who want commission to follow the quality of the customers an affiliate brings, not only the count.
What it does
Keep each affiliate's commission aligned with the quality of the customers they bring.
Tiers from retention, not volume
Each affiliate is placed in a tier from how well the members they referred stay, read from Whop's own 90-day retention figure. An affiliate who brings many members that leave quickly does not outrank one who brings fewer that stay.
Nothing is written until you approve it
Every proposed change is one line you can read: this affiliate, this plan, this rate, and the reason. You approve the ones you want. The app then writes them and reads each one back from Whop to confirm it took, recording every attempt.
It only touches the rates it owns
The app manages overrides it created, plus any you explicitly hand to it. A rate you set yourself is shown but never silently edited, and if you delete one by hand it is never re-created.
It stops rather than guess
An affiliate it cannot classify, a plan with conflicting terms, or a program it cannot read produces no change at all. Every unclear case ends as a stop, never as a write.
How it works
Three steps, and you stay in control of every one.
Install and look
Open it on your Whop business and it reads your affiliates and plans. Every affiliate with a settled history — 10 referrals and 90 days — is already in a tier, with the reason shown; a younger program is told there is not enough data yet.
Set what each tier means
You decide the rate for Reduced, Base and Plus on each plan. Overrides you already made can be adopted, so the app manages them from then on instead of working around them.
Approve, weekly
Each week it re-reads the program and proposes what changed. You approve, it writes, and it reads the result back from Whop so you can see the change actually landed.
The boundary
What Affiliate Quality Tiers deliberately does not do.
- It does not decide rates with AI. What each tier pays is a number you set, and the placement is a table you can read.
- It does not touch a commission rate you created yourself unless you explicitly hand it over.
- It does not act on an affiliate it cannot classify. Ambiguity stops the change instead of guessing at it.
- It does not write anything in Observe mode, which is where every account starts and stays until you say otherwise.
